Visionary Bowling Balls
Visionary bowling balls have come out with the New Breed line, a line of bowling balls that use the specially engineered Serpentine core partnered with a Drakonian coverstock. The two Visionary bowling balls in the New Breed line are simply called the New Breed Solid and the New Breed Pearl.
Both are designed to withstand virtually all house conditions. Bowling enthusiasts consider this new line of Visionary bowling balls as comparable to the manufacturer’s Gryphon line of bowling balls. The elongated core that is the main feature of the Serpentine core is dense and has a pronounced cap along with a side wedge.
The New Breed line can boast of a quick uptake that enables the ball to roll in midlane and then flip into a sharper break.

The New Breed bowling balls come in three-colored Drakonian coverstock. The Solid style comes in cream with red and green swirls. This style also comes in a 1000 Abralon finish that allows it to take in some oil and yet have some action on the backend.
The New Breed Pearl, on the other hand, comes in yellow pearl with red swirls. It comes in a 1500 Polish that makes it have a much sharper break. Both bowling balls in the New Breed line are available in weights of 12 pounds to 16 pounds.
Only those, however, that are thirteen pounds and over are made with the Serpentine cores. Those that are lighter are made of a light-weight core. The New Breed bowling ball lines are compliant with the regulatory requirements set for tournament play.
