14 Pound Bowling Balls

This is a good ball weight for many women and men as well. For the woman that wants extra striking power, this is a good weight to move up to if you were used to using 12 or 13 pound balls. Where as the 12 or 13 pounders may leave pins standing even on good shots, the extra weight of a 14 should take care of that problem.

For men that are of smaller frames or for those that want to be able to throw harder, this will also be a good ball weight. It can be controlled well while still offering a hard hit. For many men it may be too light, but it's a good weight to start with if you haven't bowled recently or are just starting out.
